There are bugs in at least one suite in this building. Friends of ours a couple of floors down are now having their second bout of pest control (first round concluded about 5 months ago). Unsure of what exact measures are being taken to get rid of them, but obviously it hasn't been enough. Personally, we can't decide whether to move out ASAP or just wait another 8 months, at which point we'll likely be leaving Vancouver altogether.

We moved in here early 2009. About 5 or 6 months into our residency we discovered we had little critters sharing our space. We sprayed , bought mattress covers and such , even dusted paprika along and under the baseboard heaters , this seems to have chased them away for the time being anyways. however our neighbors also asked us one day if we had known if they had bugs as she was getting bitten at night , of course we told we had a minor problem in our suite , but that is all we have heard of
