I manage the building and have had no recent reports of bedbugs. We inspect vacant suites before new occupants move in and do a follow up check 4 to 6 weeks after a new resident moves in to ensure none came in with them. I have documented reports from Canadian Pest Control confirming this procedure. I suspect this complaint came from a tenant facing eviction due to improper behaviour affecting other residents.

In January of this year, my suite was infested with bedbugs. The suite was treated, but I'm sure the building is still infected.
