I believe that there is a bed bug problem in the heritage buildings on bute and melville. I pass by a alley way everyday and I saw some good mattress being thrown out, that same night I saw people moving in mattress at that building. I've seen sofas, chairs, desks, rugs, shelves, and tv being thrown out in the same alleyway where the heritage building is. Recently I saw the exterminator (BC bug) at that building, I believe there is a problem or an infestation in that building and is concern the
