Apartment #1103, early December of 2009.

We were told there were other tenants whom reported bed bugs several weeks ago. We felt we should have been notified of the problem then, but were grateful that the management took our request for help seriously. The building covered the cost of the exterminator (they sprayed twice). We bought mattress covers and kept everything in garbage bags on the patio for several weeks.
