Tenant new exactly what a bed bug was.

I am a member of the strata council of this building
We would like to inform the Bed Bug Registry that there has never been an infestation of bedbugs in this building- we called in a qualified pest exterminator in August 2010 after reading this report and he informed us that there was no "live or dead" bedbugs in this apartment and no sign that there ever had been.
I can give the registry the report if need be.
I think the informer did not know what a bed bug was.

I recently moved in to the 18th floor of Tudor Manor. Heavy infestations of silver fish and bed bugs.
