Update: Two months after the fumigator was called into the new tennant's suite, there are still NO sightings. I also talked to all suites in the vicinity, and they report nothing either. I'm fairly confident that they have been eradicated from this address.

Some new tenants brought some bedbugs in with them. Once aware of the problem, the building manager promptly called the fumigator.
