moved here a few months ago and am surprised to see the bedbug sighting report, although it is quite dated. My unit is ok, building a little tired looking but very good value for basic accomodation. Vacancy sign is rarely out and only lasts a few hours. The bottle lady is a bit of a freak show and lots of stuff thrown out in alley. Report illegal yard sales selling contaminated crap and vacuum regularly, don't give money to panhandlers the problem is reduced. This building does not allow the "3 ESL students to a one bedroom" horror stories you sometimes hear about.

People keep bringing is stuff from yard sales and from the alley. This is infected gargage and until people stop this habbit of buying infected used junk the problem is just dragged into the building. There is always junk in the alley and at the garbge bins but apears to be such volume that there is n way it comes from this buiding.
Best to report to police any people selling stuff in public places such as Nelson Park. Police will attend and ticket. This helps control the infestations (and eyesore, vandalism, lawlessness associated with this activity)
Our building manager does not allow garage sales on the fromt lawn (good for us).

I agree with 2 year resident. It could be the bottle lady but my unit is fine. There is very little turn over and moving here so bedbugs don\'t come in. Management seems to keep it to one person per unit which helps keep building bug free. I was lucky to find a place this cheap.

This building is fine. Lots of abandoned furniture always thrown out back from other buildings might contribute.
Management cleans building every day and property manager is around almost every day.


Bedbug problem might be the resident "bottle lady." She is a handicap person that is very untidy and always in and out of the building bringing in bottles.
Otherwise given the age of the building it is fine and besides the rent is very cheap.
No complaints here

a long time has it in my bed!!
I put my bed in Garbage, but has more!! I don't know where!!!
sucks!!!
