There are no residents who have bedbugs - I have spoken with almost everyone in the building. We moved in months ago and I have never had a bit, nor has my husband. None of our neighbours has either. These stories should were likely posted due to the recent legal action between our landlord and tenants in another building. If people don't identify themselves and go through some sort of verification process then you should not allow them to post such malicious garbage.

I live here, but I never seen the bugs. I know this landlord is stingy and haughty. He isn't reliable. We hafta share the real information about this apartment on this site. please write the details.

REGARDING THE POSTING ON FEBRUARY 24, 2010. WE REITERATE THAT NO ONE IN THE BUILDING HAS REPORTED ANY BEDBUGS TO US NOR HAS THERE BEEN ANY BED BUG ACTIVITY.

TENANTS PLEASE NOTIFY US RIGHT AWAY IF YOU SUSPECT BED BUGS. IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WE WILL BE VERY PRO-ACTIVE AND CAN TAKE CARE OF IT BEFORE IT GETS A CHANCE TO SPREAD. We moved in Novmber 1st 2009 and were infested by the 15th. We had to throw out our new couch and bed, we have NEVER been through anything worse. Don't move here.

I found bedbugs in the bedroom, i speak with the landlord and he denided to help me with the bed bugs because he say that is not bedbugs in hes building before.. please if someone else know about bedbugs in this building post a comment here

moved in in october, didnt have any problems until march - have yet to catch the little fuckers, but have bites all over me and little blood spots all over my bed. we\'re on the second floor, in the north east corner.

strongly recommend NOT moving into this building.

We just moved in to the building in Sept (now December) and all three of us in the apartment, which was renovated right before we moved in, have had serious bites. I mean at one point I them ALL over me. I haven't asked my neighbors if they have had any problems, but my roommates and I sure have!
