I discovered bed bugs in my apt. around beginning of July. Landlord agreed to have the pest control company come asap but they only treated my apt. and the one above me. We are having a second treatment next week. I have bought matress encasements from Walmart - much cheaper than from matress companies or the pest control company. I have also surrounded my bed with double sided sticky tape. I use a sticky wand to brush up bugs before I go to sleep. I think this works better than vacuuming
