i also live in the building. i have been there for 2 and a half yrs. never heard about even 1 bedbug, let alone an infestation. there was a report in the courier a few months ago about a dispute between a tenant in 321 railway and the owners. why 329 would come into it, i have no idea unless the owners of 321 own 329 as well.

This is an absolute lie by a tenant from 321 Railway st that is in the process of trying to undermine the building manager of Railtown Studios and 329 Railway st.
If this is not removed from the registry the owners will be taking further action against this tenant and the registry.
This is defamatory and a lie and will be pursued as such.

In February of 2011, the Building Manager of 329 Railway Street, Brian Cyr, confirmed that there had been a huge infestation in the building 2010 -- that may still not be under control. This state of affairs has been confirmed by two individuals living in those live/work studios.
