March or April of 2010. Found bedbugs in the place, the landlord was out of country. I sent him an email stating what happened and that I was going to take action right away. He gave the go-ahead. I brought in an exterminator the next day. I had two sessions done and they were gone completely. Landlord split the bill with me. This was a basement suite.
