No bedbugs noticed thus far, but the place is infested with cockroaches and other creepy crawlies, which the landlords failed to notify me of, nor did they fumigate before my entry (not to they started mention showing the place for sale on the 5th day of my tenancy, jerks seem to be trying to unload the place now that there's an insect army marching upon the land). On my second day in the place the apt. next door had 5 mattresses in the alleyway. Steer clear.
