Feb 2009 is when it started. the infestation was in the attic of the house. It seemed that that was the only place in the house. the house was fumigated in march 2009 three times, then again in June 4 times. i was talking to the fumigators the second time and they said that the room was fumigated two years prior to me moving in. This was on there records. i moved out in Aug and they were still there when i left.
