The building was completely demolished in 2011 and has been rebuilt to modern standards. The builder has implemented recommendations from the BC Housing Bed Bug Prevention Design Guidelines white paper and the new building is guaranteed to be pest free.

This building is infested with bed bugs. There have been numerous fumigations but without the co-operation of every suite involved, it is futile. It is a tedious procedure to pack up all of your stuff and unpack it over and over just to have the problem show up again and again. You will also have your house, furniture and belongings covered in pesticides which is not good for you or your pets.
