I moved into apartment 201-625 Kingsway in Vancouver BC October 1st, 2011. That night I was cleaning the baseboards and found little black marks, much like bedbug droppings. I pulled the baseboard off to check for bedbugs and found their moltings but no live ones. I took a sample to BCBugs where they confirmed that they were bedbug moltings, and that there was a high likelihood that there were still live bedbugs in the apartment and also in the neighbouring apartments.
