I SOLD MY SUITE #108 IN 1990 THAT TIME IT WAS DIRT CHEAP NOW PRICES ARE TOO MUCH STILL ITS A LEASE HOLD BUILDING WITH VERA VERTUE THE DENTIST FAMILY . WHY IT CAN NOT BE FREE HOLD ? 2070 LEASE WOULD EXPIRE . I WANT TO KNOW IF THESE BUGGS HAVE BEEN KILLED OR THEY ARE STILL THERE . SOME KINDS OF OTHER CHAMICLES TOO IN THE WALLS ASBASTAS ! CITY SHOULD TEAR IT D

Did not start in 209, it started in suite 109, crept up to 208 and over to the surrounding suites. Problem has been well taken care of and the caretaker/property manager are on top of it.

Since I posted previously to counter claims of this building being free of bedbugs I feel responsible to return and update. There has not been any bedbug activity in my suite since April of 2009.

My suite is still being treated with chemicals as recently as last week due to bedbug activity. Any claims of this building being bedbug free for 2 months are false.

They have sprayed numerous suites and management/council have been proactive in dealing with the issue. At present there are no suites affected by the problem and the building has been bug free for around two months.
Education is the key!!!

The building management and Council are addressing the issue. At least 17 suites in the building have been fumigated, and a process is in place if other residents have concerns.

Apr 209 is where it started but as creeped into other suites. Or so the manager says. He gives me a different sotry every time. They will not spray all the suites
