there have been a lot of inspection dogs in the building and rumor has it the new people in 304 now have bed bugs. not sure what is the situation. don't want to ask, but that's what it seems like.

Also found them in the top southwest apartment where they're doing major renovations (maybe #304). The landlord is being pretty proactive - probably because he is planning on moving in at some point.

Suite 204 has reported a case of bedbugs...Currently the Landlord is remodeling the upstairs floor. Waiting to see what actions the Landlord will take (he is not the most pro-active!)
