Infestation started in the small suite in the basement and slowly made its way to the main floor where an elderly couple have lived for 10+ years. By the time they realized what was happening the 2 basement suites where fully infested. The land lord didn't really what to believe it was bad but once evidence was produced she arranged for a company to spray.
