Infestation as soon as 2 Apartments residents moved. Nobody will talk about it. The Stigma is there for people. This is a serious problem,and nobody cares. Including City Hall, the landlord,and the idiot tenants who refuse to acknowledge that they are infested. The Whole place is infested !
