I have lived at this location for almost 3 years and occupied two different suites. Never saw a roach, although I heard there were some across the courtyard. Since the previous writer moved out, all the "offending" suites have been cleaned, painted, hardwood floors replaced the carpets and not a roach has been sighted.

There are no bedbugs here but there sure are cockroaches! At least part of the building is infested and the tenants "tolerate them" thereby making the problem worse and giving it to their neighbours. Landlor (owner) is not taking the problem seriously and has not called pest control.
