302 got bedbugs in march-april of 2010, saw a really large cockroach in june. There was no warning but there was a fumigator within a day.

307 & 308 had bed bugs. 307 had bed bugs in 2008, and again in 2010 because apartment 308 had bugs. Landlord did NOT warn tenants of building that apartment 308 or 307 had bed bugs at anytime. Landlord did however get pest control in the apartments right away. Took 3 months each time to be rid of the infestations.
