Was a room mate of the lease holder of this household (top floor). The house was in extreme disrepair and it was evident that the basement had leaks, as pests including ants and mice constantly entered the basement, despite the state of cleanliness we kept the property in. The landlord had been contacted and had done nothing about it.

Lived in the house for several months before having to leave. Infested with mice, cockroaches, bedbugs spotted on several occasions. Landlord refuses to do anything about it
