My last report was on the 17th of January.

The landlord has given me a can of "BedBug Destroyer" and sent me on my way.

This is the 2 week mark and all the eggs in my mattress must have hatched, because now I'm getting 10-15 bites a night, and I can't sleep.

Since I showed the bedbug to the landlord, he has constantly told me that the pest control people are coming, however, I have waited, ever day, for them and they haven't come.

I moved in March of 2011 and moved out December 2011. Cockroaches were a problem from day one. The suite had been professionally baited with cockroach poison. It did help alot, and I took "extreme" measures to make my suite and air tight and free on nooks and crannies with many tubes of caulking. However, I was never free of cockroaches. I noticed the bites before I clued into what was going on.
Last night I was lying in bed playing games on my phone and I noticed a bulbous bug running away from me.

I clued in and caught it in a jar and double checked, sure enough it's a bedbug.

I'm in suite 210 I'm bringing the bug to the landlord today.

We had bed bugs when we first moved in March 09 but bought the expensive mattress/box spring covers and cleaned EVERYTHING and haven't had a problem since. There's still a problem in the building though.

Hey, I just saw an ad for shared accommodation at this location on

vancouver craigslist. Can anyone tell me if this problem has been

rectified or if it still persists? If I'm not mistaken the building has

been renovated recently. I don't want to take the chance so I'd

appreciate any information anyone has to offer.

Been a tenat here for over a year had re occuring bites for about 6 months finaly told the landlord. We got sprayed stop for about 2 months than started again got sprayed and has happended about 3 times now. We got sprayed about 5 or 4 months ago and I havent gotten biten once. Hope it stays that way, but i do have cockroaches but seen like one a week.

I had them too, plus cockroaches and many others at the end of 2007 before I moved. Landlord told us he'd take care of it after we moved, but I know from the current residents that he didn't.

This place has had bedbug problems since Dec 2006. The entire building's been sprayed a couple of times now, but to no avail. My suite is STILL infested. It's a living hell.
