On March 08, 2012. I notified landlord of finding bed bugs in the hallway closet. I removed all coats and jackets and had them drycleaned, I was also told by the landlord that both apartments above me 403 and 408 had been recently treated for bed bug infestation in the past months. We viewed a suite & were pondering signing the one year lease but had questions for the landlord first. The carpet had been completely ripped out and hardwood floors were being installed throughout the entire suite (bathroom included) which looked nice but my 1st suspicion was that they were trying to get rid of a bedbug infestation. I moved into a suite with bed bugs already there. Landlord is not returning my calls. The suite was also filthy when I moved in. REALLY poor managment!! i am contacting the RTO

Landlord knew of bedbugs before renting the unit 204. Did not treat the suite tenant had to do it himself. Was not the only unit infested.
