i was living at 2121 wall street. and it was a disaster. the owners and landlords do drugs and i expected them to take my money and buy drugs with it because a single rent recipt was never given to me. except a little peace of paper he signed IN PENCIL. Dan Kris needs to get a job at Mcdonalds or burger king because he is definantly not suitable for a job like this. he willingly exposes people to bed bugs just so he can get rent money from them and get hi next fix of cocaine. i would not advise anyone to move into here because you will definatly get bedbugs/cockraoches/ and mice. i am pretty shure within the next 3 years the building will be terminated as well as dan and georges future. A HUGE PERSONAL LOSS TOO ME AND BOTH MY GIRLFRIEND. i lost about 3000 dollars worth of furniture hoping to get rid of bedbugs but the place is so badly infested that they came back litterally the next day. BE AWARE

Bedbugs are a two step procedure to get rid of. Landlord should fumigate twice in ten day intervals to kill existing bugs and larvae. Tenant must vacuum 3 x per day all corners with a pointed nozzle hose. You might want to put down diatomaceous earth as well (from Rona or Home depot). Most important get rid of infected furniture, clothing and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM GARAGE SALES, OR SECOND-HAND STORES.

Not a landlord but you have to do your part. If you haven't vacuumed 3 x today and for the next 30 days and reported any garage sales in your area to police then unfortunately you are part of the problem. Cooperate with your landlord, if that is not an option then buy the diatomaceous earth and follow the vacuuming and laundry instructions. Be careful but you can beat the problem. Bedbugs are not brought into your building by the landlord. Good luck.

Absolutely disgusting building, mice, cockroaches and bedbugs literally swarming all over the place. We once saw a bedbug humping a cockroach in the laundry room they probably formed a new hybrid bedbugroach to take over. My whole body is covered in bites, can't sleep at night because they are all over us. We literally flick them off our clothes all day long probably spreading to more places in Vancouver. And like other people said they only do one place at a time and want us to dispose of our furniture so we can just get more bugs and dispose of more furniture....ridiculous. It is costing us a fortune and we are pretty pissed off.

Roaches in laundry room. My suite.. Bathroom Bedroom, Kitchen Sink And Counter Tops.... Do Not Move In... These Managers And Landlords Dont Even Do Their Jobs.. TEHY DO NOT FIX BROKEN THINGS.. THEY DO NOT FUMIGATE THE WHOLE BUILDING SO THEY CONTINUE TO COME BACK!

This building has bed bugs and cockroaches. It has been fumigated multiple times for both, however the landlords do not fumigate the entire building, only select suites, so they keep coming back.

I moved out in January, at great expense and personal loss. I know they were also a problem in July/August.

this building has bedbugs amoung other pest problems. i would advise against moving in.
