I have found 2 in my suite in about the last month. I killed one, but the other one got away.
I think we all know where there's 1 bed bug, there's many, many more. so im not gonna stick around to find out, i'm outta here ASAP.

I currently live in this building. pest problems have been treated when reported.. im actually impressed with how quickly these issues were dealt with and from what i can see, the treatment(s)have been successful....I havent seen a bug of any kind in ages..

There are separate units in this building that do have bedbugs, mice and roaches. This is mainly due to the occupiers of these units who have absolutely no concept of cleanliness. They obviously believe it is the responsibility of the owner to keep their apartments clean. They have tons and tons of ugly, stuffy, dirty furniture and too much clutter. This kind of environment provides a haven for pests. There are units which have never encountered bedbugs, roaches or rats because of the level

Absolute terrible disgusting building roaches bedbugs and mice in our unit mouse droppings found in bathtub not mention used condoms on bedroom floor day we moved in.The hallways smell like piss there are drug dealers hookers and crackheads galore in this building if you complain you are told to get on with it and keep yourself to yourself and no one will bother you nothing ever gets fixd DO NOT RENT HERE ITS A FUCKING OVERPRICED OUTDATED DUMP.

I currently live in this building and I've had an issue with cockroaches since the day I moved in. The managers will spray the place if you ask - but it only works temporarily. They always come back. A few days ago, I learned that my neighbour across the hall has bedbugs... I am living in fear knowing that they're right across the hall... as if the roaches aren't bad enough.. we just had to move out of here march 2010 because of bedbugs the whole building is infested. neighbours to the left and right of us moved out suddenly mid month and we thought little of it as the building is a dump anyway and then i was in bed with our newborn and a bedbug came crawling across the bed at us. cost us a fortune, had to pay for hotel and double rent for a month plus the washing of every piece of fabric we owned. when we went to move we found our storage locker had been broken into

-i wish i would have found this site before i moved in to 2121 wall street. this apartment building needs to be condemned! i lost all of my belongings and sanity due to bedbugs, cockroaches and mice. the owner of the building is difficult to deal with. he does not take care of the building and does not want to hear about any problems. please do not move in. the problems have NOT been resolved and are too far gone to be fixed.

Absolutely disgusting building, mice, cockroaches and bedbugs literally swarming all over the place. We once saw a bedbug humping a cockroach in the laundry room they probably formed a new hybrid bedbugroach to take over. This building has bed bugs and cockroaches. It has been fumigated multiple times for both, however the landlords do not fumigate the entire building, only select suites, so they keep coming back.

I moved out in January, at great expense and personal loss. I know they were also a problem in July/August.

this building has bedbugs amoung other pest problems. i would advise against moving in.
