I just moved into a one bedroom apartment at 2080 Wall street on Oct.31, 2008 and the very first night I felt something crawling on me in bed. I jumped out of bed and turned on the lights and saw a bug crawling across my sheets. On further inspection of the bedroom I found many more. I notified the landlord immediately the next morning and he was very nonchalant about it.
