Just moved in here. Our apartment was fumigated not even 3 weeks ago, and we just found our first bed bug. They're clearly throughout the building.

I have found blood stains on my sheets down by my ankles. My girlfriend has had bites on her ankles and I have had some on my back.

I went hunting for them, turned my sheets and bed inside out. Found 10 of them crawling around under my frame...

I have heard from other tenants that they have bed bugs as well.
