1433 Commercial is a business address for a falafel shop. The apartments are in 1435 and for the last 15 years, at least, there have been no incidents. Someone should check there details before posting.

I went to check out a bachelor suite to rent. Turns out an acquaintance by coincidence lived there, and when I asked him why he was moving out, he said 'bedbugs'. He was choked because he loved the place but after multiple spray attempts, the problem remained. Now he's going to get rid of all his furniture including his antique desk.
