Bugs appeared after we turned the heat off due to faulty wiring on February 26th 2011. we informed the landlord immedietly. They first showed up in the bathroom and have spread over two weeks.
We reported to the landlord on February 26, in which he replied that if we wanted to live 'bug & mice free' we had to move to 'the West Side, living on the East side you have to deal with that kind of infestation'.
Orkin has come and fumigated but this is just the start of the problem.
