Landlord on 12/27/2012

In September 2012, Abell Pest Control was called in to inspect the entire building, including all suites and common areas. Those infected suites were treated. The entire building was later certified to be free of bedbugs.

Bedbugs returned six months later. Landlord accuses tenant of bringing them in. Claims no one else in building has them. Two suites I know of have moved out due to this. Landlord not upfront t with information.

Found bedbugs late August of 2011. After having contacted the landlord, pest control finally came one week later to fumigate. We were not told that it was a building problem and originally thought I had brought them in due to my travels. 2 sprays did not work and I had to contact pest control myself to get a third complimentary spray.

Had to throw out my bedframe and mattress without compensation. Will be looking to move out in the next few months.

There are some apartments that have bedbugs in the building.
