I have lived in this building in two different suites on different floors and have never had any form of bedbug issue. There are tenants who, I presume may not be as discriminating when it comes to how sanitary their furniture is, but any issues that may have arisen are isolated and appeared to have been dealt with swiftly.

While entering the building, I noticed a note on the door of a suite on the ground floor near the mailboxes with a notification for that tenant on regards of bedbug treatment. So I suspect that there is an issue with bedbugs in the building. I did not noticed treatment notices on the adjacent suites.
