There are still bed bugs and mice in this bulding

We lived in This apartment building for a year and a half(may 2006-sept 2008). About 4 months before we moved we started getting bitten in the middle of the night, but figured it was mosquitoes since it was summer and we always had our window open. Once we moved we still got bites and found the bugs all over our boxspring. We had to buy a new bed and pay someone to come spray our house.
