Downstairs did not vacate as i am still here. pest control took care of the problem and there has been no problem in the basement suite. Havent heard anything from upstairs neighbors on the matter.

More than 6 people living in the ground floor suite. Bed bugs reported, and everyone moved out when landlord refused to take any action.
Basement suite vacated as well.
