For the past month and a half we have been battling bed bugs. At first we weren't sure if the bites I was getting were from bed bugs since my 4 month old baby and husband has nothing. My husband and I searched and took apart our bedroom and steamed everything but we found no evidence of bedbugs although I was still getting bitten. One morning I finally saw one crawling under my pillow, I informed our landlord and we brought the specialists in. They treated the unit twice however when my husband
and I were putting our bed back together we found 2 more bedbugs. I have been sleeping on an air mattress with my baby while my husband sleeps on the couch. My next door neighbor found some on her unit and saw some on the elevator. My husband overheard another tenant about 2 months ago yelling to our landlord that this was the third time she had to deal with bedbugs. I believe the problem is a building issue and not only a 1 unit thing. I brought this up with my landlord but she refuses to think it's a building issue.

Bedbugs all OVER the floor of laundry room. Some squashed, some not. Shady people disregarding landlords rules about not bringing stuff in. Suspected hoarding.

Sept-Nov 2012 I've had bed bugs in my apartment and I finally have to get professionals in. The library apparently had bugs there before too so maybe a slow travel next door?
