I am currently a tenant at this address and have been for over a year and I don't appear to have them. Having dealt with the little miserable bastards in the past, my apt. is totally not bedbug friendly at all. When I first applied for tenancy, I was asked on the form whether I had been living with bedbugs within the last year so at least on paper, they appeared to care about the problem.

My bed is made of steel as they can't really climb metal and under each of the 4 steel legs sits a slab of

that sticky paper designed to catch rats and mice which you can purchase at any dollar store.

A steel framed bed will cost you under $200 from Ikea and you can purchase 6" worth of foam slab(s) for well under $200 to make your bed comfortable to sleep on.

Wash your linen once a week and don't let any of your bedding touch the ground and you should be ok

As a past tenant from this building I can confirm with 100% certainty that this building is pretty much infested with bed bugs...they do not treat properly nor do they let you know when there are bed bugs in suites next to you. They sprayed the suite next to me 2 weeks after I moved in but DID NOT tell us so that we could protect ourselves. I am now out major furniture and expense. They blantently lied to me as I asked when I moved in if they had problems with bed bugs and was assured no they

didnt. PLEASE TAKE WARNING THAT U WILL NOT BE SAFE IN THIS BUILDING!!!

If you know anything about bed bugs, u spray all surrounding suites and common areas...u spray between 7 and 10 days and do 3 sprays in a row to even try and get a handle on the problem...this building ONLY sprays infected suites and ONLY 2 sprays 2 WEEKS APART TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS BUILDING U WILL NOT BE TOLD THE TRUTH ABOUT THE BED BUG SITUATION THAT THEY HAVE!!! IT IS RUTHLESS....
