I lived at this address for 12 yrs. and never had a problem with bed bugs. A neighbour in the building called me toward the end of Feb./11 and informed me that someone on the second and third floors had bed bugs. This however was not the reason that I vacated my apt. I left because it was simply time for a change on Feb27th. I asked the residence caretaker if there was any merit to this,and he said that a third floor resident had them and that this apt. had been sprayed,and things had been taken
