Infested with cockroaches. Did not notice bedbugs.

It would be interesting to compare life styles, habits, the level of clutter and dis-array of all the participants who continue to declare this building not pest free...take it from one who most likely has seen all the participants suites as they lived there at some point. Sure you would not agree that their "living areas" were of an average, comfortable cleanliness level to start with!!

i do not know why this would be disputed, the on site manage seen the bed bugs, they had the suite sprayed for bed bugs. by canadian pest control, but it did not get the bed bugs they were still there. they are not telling the truth.

Actually, I visited the person who had the infestation, and it was really bad. They fumigated and I saw the bugs. I don't live in the building, and I hate liars.

This entry is under a dispute according to the "guidelines" and I am surprised after a lengthy email to the administrator of this site, explaining the situation of 315 Agnes Street that the address still comes up under a search!!

Please take 315 Agnes Street off the list as it is pest-free!!

I LIVED IN THIS BUILDING FOR ONE YEAR, IN THE 9TH MONTH I WAS THERE. I STARTED TO GET LITTLE BITES. I REPORTED IT TO THE MANAGER.IT TOOK THEM A MONTH TO DO ANYTHING. THEY WERE SO RUDE AND REALLY DID NOT CARE, THEY TRIED TO SAY I BROUGHT THEM IN WHICH WAS A LIE. THEY NEVER DID REPORT THIS TO THIS DAY. I FEEL SORRY FOR THE PEOPLE LIVING THERE.
