This is a Super Clean Building!
I also contacted the apartment's pest control company before I moved in and was told there has been no issues for over 6 months. All the people I have talked to are very happy living here. Also this a 98 unit building with only one vacant unit and that's because its being renovated, this tells me alot!

I am moving in to Kent Place Apartments at the end of this month. Because of the comments listed below, I have contacted the manager and asked for the pest control company`s information that services the building. He supplied it to me.

I called the number and was informed that there are no units in the building that are experiencing bedbugs. They inspect the building regularly for all pest problems.

To the Stupid Person Below just because you don`t have bed bugs does not mean other people don`t. Calling people insane because they reported bed bugs in this building is insane so maybe your are the one thats insane. So shut up and be lucky you don`t have bed bugs while other people in the building have to deal with it.

What bedbugs? Guess the people complaining here are insane. This is the cleanest apartment building I've lived in in the entire lower mainland. I'm happy. The manager is very friendly and easy to deal with.

I have recently moved into this building, it looks clean from the outside and I am sure that they try to maintain the building but I will be moving out, as there are bugs in my unit. If I had known about this registry prior to moving in I would not have moved in. I do not recommend anyone living any where on Cottonwood Avenue. This building as well as many others need to be torn down and start fresh.

Only 1 unit has a problem with bed bugs at this time. The bed bug inspecting dog has given the building the ok except for one unit. Anyone wishing to see this report can call management at any time.

This apartment building is infested with bedbugs and they are moving from unit to unit. The whole building needs to be fumigated as do most of the building surrounding this location. The landlord refuses to believe that this building is infested and will NOT do the proper treatment to get rid of the bedbugs. NO ONE should live in this building.
