Another very clean tenant, next door to the ground floor apartment in last report now has the bugs. April 10, 2010. It seems they've migrated. Exterminators will attend.

A meticulously clean ground floor tenant reported finding bedbugs. He had no new furniture or used clothing enter the unit for 8 months. The unit was sprayed at owners' expense March 18 or 19. Personal cost to the tenant was approx $400 to replace furntiture etc. More bugs found in same suite four days later. Nearby exterminators will have to respray.
