Checked into hotel (acent inn) in July which looked clean and newly renovated awoke in the morning with bites. Pillow case had small red spots on it that I can only say looked like dried blood spots. My toddler was full of bites and red spots.

Complained to the Assistant Manager and she would do nothing, was not even interested in checking the room but rather became combative and insinuated that it was our fault.

We ended up checking out and going to go to a walk in clinic.
