Building 10, bedbugs!!! Many people have been bitten in this building! they are all over these buildings, but #10 is the worst

This is the Madera Court Apartment complex. Bedbugs have been confirmed 15 apartments that I know of at this location. Management has been unable to rid the complex of these bugs, and it has been an ongoing, complex wide problem. Residents who move in are not informed of the problem. They find out about the problem when they develop large, hive like rashes on their bodies. Some of their pets are also found to have bites.
I have personally witnessed several apartment residents digging through
the trash and taking trash into the apartments with them. This may be part of the cause of the spread. When old mattresses, clothing and linens are tossed due to the infestation, low income residents in need of these items salvage them from the trash and bring the bugs right back in. The management has put out warnings about trash digging, but it has not helped.
