itchy and scratchy on 09/02/2010

Bedbugs were found in my apartment which is in a multi unit building in November 2009. I notified the landlord who has a pest control company who takes care of the complex but she said they didn't cover bedbugs. It is now September 2010 and despite all efforts our home is infested. We have constantly washed bedding, used bedbug mattress covers, sprayed, dusted with insecticide that is meant to kill bedbugs, everything. All this is out of our own pockets.
