Bed bugs FOUND! I posted the previous msg so this is the same report...except now I have PROOF that there are bed bugs here, I found nothing consistently and then I became angry and began examining my bed frame...which is wood...I found a few large ones and I have taped them for evidence and am calling the landlord as soon as I find the number, by the sounds of it this building has had this issue for a few months and now it's in MY apartment, I only started getting bites maybe 10 days ago but th

This is my worst freaking fear. I refuse to live this way, I am not a human buffet, so our landlord better be on his game or I'll start posting msgs for everyone all over the building. Everyone SHOULD be told about this anyway
There's no way this can be ignored now. By the way for everyone out there, in desperation I applied pure peppermint oil to my whole body except my shoulders last night in hopes it would ward them off...the only place I had a new bite this morning was my shoulder...if that helps anyones piece of mind...
I'd really love to know who the sept 11 poster was....we need to make it CLEAR to the landlord that he has to do something. I didnt know this had been an issue for this building...this is unacceptable...I've never had bed bugs before in my life and I've been a renter most of that time....
Sigh can you tell how upset I am haha...This means war!

Just noticed a report for this building! I've been searching up what could possibly be biting me so often now that the mosquitos have gone away....
It was either fleas or bed bugs but now that I see someone else from this building has posted within the past 2 days..great it must be bed bugs.
Ive never experienced this before and I havent actually seen anything yet although I'm very paranoid of these things ever since a few friends had to be fumigated...
Still haven't found
anything but every night I'm having bites!
Uck gross.... this whole building should be fumigated!
Ugh I dont know what to do...if we're all trying to kill them in the SHARED DRYERS they will just spread...

I'm currently awake... it's two in the morning... I went to bed at 11 and within 10 minutes I had 5 bites along the back of my neck. I was attacked first about a year ago and upon closer inspection I could not find anything. I cleaned, vacuumed, washed all my clothes with an addition of 2 dryer cycles and packed them in plastic. Got rid of my head board, which was made of wood... didn't see them for a couple of months. But the bites started again. Approximatel
y once every month, but now I have been bitten twice in a week!
A neighbour was evicted and his recliner chair left out in the parking lot. The thing was steaming with the bugs! Actually, the first time I was bitten happened within a few weeks of this neighbour moving in to the building.
Two other apartments were infested and the landlord "had" to bring the exterminator... hasn't worked. He seems reluctant to even talk about the issue. Will try to talk to him tomorrow.
In the mean time, I decided to do it myself and got bed bug targeted insecticide, cralwing insec traps and a good amount of dyatomaeacius dust.
Will treat my apartment tomorrow. Wish me luck.
