My name is Sarah and i am a owner and board member of the building.The fact that this tenant moved in and we beleive they were the ones who brought in the bed bugs in to the property isn't a surprize that they are trying to start rumors about our beauitful home.It did not help that they carried there furniture out to the side of our building before we could call for exterminators this could have been a problem however,the entire building including all common area were fumigated several times to

around April 2009 bedbugs were found in this building. I was asked also at the beginning of my tenancy (september 08) if any bugs were seen as there had been a report of bugs in another suite. At the time i found them in april the owner of the suite and property management company gave me a huge runaround. They only sprayed once, so i would be leary of renting anywhere in that building.
