I don't live at 9522-149 Street, but I live just one block away at 9620-149 Street. I have had bed bugs in my suite three times in less than three years!! I am still trying to get rid of them as I am writing this. My Landlord absolutely refuses to hire an eterminator to get rid of the ugly pests and the Apartment Manager sprays my suite himself. I have requested that an exterminator be eradicating the bugs, but it was denied, saying the Apartment Manager uses the same chemicals as an extermi
nator would. I dread going to sleep at night as I know what's going to happen and I really wish City Council would spend some serious dollars on eradicating the bugs, as well as having a law passed. That is, all Landlords MUST mandatorily inspecting ALL beds and furniture before tenants move in. I would gladly comply with that law. Adding to this, having ALL cracks and crevices to be completely sealed. I really hope this NEVER happens to me again, but I've said that when I had them the FIRST time around.

October 14 2010- Bedbugs reported in one suite on third floor. Suite and all adjacent suites were treated for bedbugs.
