I started to get bedbugs like 2 months ago. When reported to the landlord, after 3 weeks waiting and suffering with the bites, finally they came to spray a couple of apartments just to keep it calm. It didn't help too much. Still finding bedbugs.
I've been told the bugs are coming from the 3rd floor, but apparently all the building is extremely infected.
If these bugs are not your favourite pets, don't get even close to the building!

My sister lives in this building and last month noticed a mattress outside which had "Bed bugs" written on it. She contacted the landlord and was told it was someone on the 2nd floor. She lives on the 3rd floor and has been getting bites recently as well as the neighbor beside her. There is now another mattress out beside the dumpster. Her apartment is supposed to be sprayed this week but considering all the previous complaints about bed bugs this building has, the bugs are not being killed.

We are on the 2nd floor and we've had bugs for close to a year now, often I see the pest control van outside making a visit but obviously unless they do the entire building at the same time it will not work. Management is obviously aware of it, but I even see people are still moving into the building, probably they are not being told. The Infestation at this address started in #214. This tenant knew about the problem 3 months ago and did not follow-up or do anything about it until 3 weeks ago. As for the management,I have seen them respond on numerous occasions to take care of this situation. Without full cooperation of the tenant, it seems to be a troublesome task.The management has brought in professional exterminators to this suite several times.I do believe that they are getting this under control.

The 'outbreak' started in Suite 215 and has spread down the entire 2nd floor (possibly further because they aren't checking). Management is more concerned with keeping it quiet then getting rid of them. Today is August 10, 2010 and the bedbugs have been in the building for at least 3 months.
