The person living in suite 502, 9830-106 street Edmonton, Ab didn't follow the exterminators instructions on how to kill the bedbugs. She still had company over during the first two weeks after the spraying, didn't wash or even seal the bags of clothes she was told to do.
The suite will be infested for a long time since the tenant didn't follow proper procedures to rid the suite of bedbugs.

8th floor, 9830 - 106 Street
Moved in on July 15, 2009 and was not told about there being a bed bug infestation in the building. The landlord arranged to have the building sprayed two times and I have not seen any in my suite but have been told by other tenants that they have seen them in theirs, particularly the second floor. Wish I would have known about this before I moved in, but was never told. Thank God they came and sprayed, but it was a bit of a hassle for me as I had to move all my fur
niture to the middle of the room and remove all the plates of electrical units. Thinking about moving out, but have a six month lease...kind of stuck for now.
Bed Bugs were discoveredin our apartment when we moved in, however we were told by the manager there was no problem with bed bugs and that this apartment had already been treated for them. We brought our new furniture into an apartment that definitely had the bugs. Apartment has been treated again, and we still have the bed bugs, this just keeps getting better. I am not sure if they are in the entire building or just the second floor, but they are definitely there!!!
