moved in here in feb 2009 and discovered the whole building is infested and everyone was moving out as the owner is a well known slumlord. i reported the problem to the health board, and open moving out in july 2009, no action had yet been taken by the owner, even so he had recieved notice from the healthboard. as a for rent sign has become a permanent fixture on the front of the property, and i have been informed by another tenant that most people leave after thier first month, i can only assum
