I actually spoke to the tech at the PControl office after his first visit explaining that I had all the indications of bed bug bites, i.e. groups of 2 and 3 together, large welts that easily broke open in the middle creating a wound. I'm an amputee and I even had bites on my stump (leg) and the only time I have the prosthetic off is in bed, and between the leg and stump there is a 3 mm thick latex liner. The guy suggested that something could have gotten into the prosthetic. What an idiot!! It was almost as if the guy didn't want the business.

Further to that when I brought the bugs to show them and confirm whether they were bb or not, they suggested that they must have come in since their inspection!! Christ, what is wrong with these people? Explain the 30-40 scars on my body prior to the inspection... Wow!

There's one company in town that I won't ever use again, what a waste of $100. A national pest company (beginning with an O)to boot.
