Our two sons just moved into this building and before they did, all furniture was inspected to make sure they were not bringing in bed bugs. We spent 3 nights with them and there were no signs of the little pests. Had a very enjoyable stay and found the building very clean.

Funny, the same day the manager posted on here there was also a glowing review from an anonymous tenant praising management's handling of the situation. Suspicious, no? They both say pretty much the same thing too (keywords "infest", "contain", "heat treat").

I would have to say, whatever was done, it fixed it! no more bed bugs! congrats to everyone that live there to have peace of mind that they do not and will not have bed bugs

Our apartment was infected with bed bugs, and I do have to say that all measures were taken to contain the issue. After our apartment was heat treated we are now bed bug free. I like to thank management for the containment.

I am the property manager of this address and I beg to differ with this persons comments. As of todays date, Oct. 20, 2009 I have spent up to $17000.00 and many suite inspections to ensure we contain the bed bugs. After a suite-by-suite inspection today, we have controlled the bed bug situation in the 7 suites that were originally infested. After we found out we could not control them with the chemical sprays, we immediately went to the "heat " treatment, which is very costly and very effecti

In this building they have many suites which are full of bed bugs, not only that, more and more suites are being infected because the management is being too cheap to treat the suites properly.
